1. Agreement to Terms

These terms govern your use of danconservices.com and any communications program we operate, including our SMS text messaging program. By using this website, submitting a form, or opting in to SMS messages, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Use of the Website

This site is provided to help property managers, owners, boards, and facility teams request emergency mitigation, reconstruction, and related services from Dancon Services. You agree to provide accurate information when you submit a form, and not to use the site for any unlawful purpose.

3. SMS Messaging Program

Dancon Services operates an SMS program for contacts who request our services and opt in to receive texts, covering:

• Transactional messages: appointment confirmations, crew arrival notifications, and job status updates
• Operational updates: scheduling changes and emergency coordination
• Marketing messages, only with separate opt-in, about our services

This program does not send political messaging, sweepstakes, gambling, or high-risk financial content.

4. Opt-In Methods

You may consent to receive SMS messages by checking the consent box on a form at danconservices.com, or by giving explicit verbal consent during a call or in-person conversation. Providing a phone number alone does not constitute consent to receive text messages.

5. Opt-Out Process

Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages afterward, unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by emailing us or calling 917-909-4091.

6. Support and Contact

Reply HELP to any SMS message for automated support information. Our office is generally available during standard business hours; for an active emergency, call 917-909-4091 at any hour.

7. Message Frequency and Costs

Message frequency varies. You can expect up to 10 messages per month per recipient, with total program volume of fewer than 30 messages per day across all contacts. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. IBX Emergency, LLC does not charge for SMS messages.

8. Disclaimers

Neither IBX Emergency, LLC, our service providers, nor mobile carriers guarantee the delivery of any SMS message. You must be 18 or older to opt in to our SMS program. Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of danconservices.com will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Queens County, New York.
