Information you provide directly: your name, company or property name, email address, phone number, property address, the type and description of a loss, and any consent selections you make, including SMS consent.

Information collected automatically: browser type and version, device type, operating system, and the pages you visit on our site.

Information from third parties: our SMS service provider and our customer relationship management platform (GoHighLevel) may provide related delivery and engagement data.

Dancon Services operates an SMS text messaging program for property managers, owners, and other contacts who request our services and opt in to receive texts.

How you opt in

• Giving explicit verbal consent during a call or on-site conversation

Opt-in is always optional, never a condition of receiving our services, and the consent checkbox on our forms is unchecked by default.

What you may receive

Transactional messages (appointment confirmations, crew arrival notifications, and job status updates) and, only with separate opt-in, marketing messages about our services.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You can expect up to 10 messages per month per recipient, with total program volume of fewer than 30 messages per day across all contacts.

How to opt out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message we send you. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. You will receive one confirmation message after opting out, and no further messages after that unless you opt in again. You can also opt out by emailing us or calling 917-909-4091.

Carrier rates

Message and data rates may apply. IBX Emergency, LLC does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses essential, analytics, and marketing cookies, along with local storage. Some of these are operated by third parties, including Google Analytics and our GoHighLevel CRM. You can control cookies through your browser settings or the opt-out tools those providers publish.

8. No Sharing of SMS Data

IBX Emergency, LLC does not share, sell, rent, or trade your mobile phone number, SMS consent, or SMS opt-in data with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, under any circumstances. Your mobile information is shared only with our SMS platform provider for the purpose of delivering messages you have opted in to receive, under confidentiality obligations.

9. Other Data Sharing

We share information only with: service providers who help us operate (CRM, email, and scheduling platforms), professional advisors where necessary, parties involved in a legal process where we are required to disclose information, and, with notice, a successor in a business transfer.

10. Data Retention

We retain active client records for the period needed to support ongoing service and warranty obligations. Marketing prospect records are retained for a limited period after the last interaction. SMS opt-in and opt-out records are retained as required by telecommunications recordkeeping practice.

11. Children's Privacy

Our services are directed to property managers, owners, and other business contacts age 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
