Ground-up construction of a standalone Chipotle drive-thru restaurant. We executed full site, mechanical, and building systems. The project was turned over keys-in-hand to the developer, ready for brand fit-out and opening.

Ground-Up Construction

We have completed a dozen ground-up projects in six states including New York for the developers of CVS Pharmacy, Chipotle, Starbucks, Wild Fork. We managed every phase of construction from raw land development to certificate of occupancy. The scope covered full site preparation, utility coordination, and civil work; foundations and slab-on-grade; a concrete masonry and structural steel building; roofing and weatherproof exterior envelope; and a complete interior build-out including the secure pharmacy area and a drive-through lane.
