We have completed six ground-up CVS Pharmacy projects in New York and Texas, managing every phase from raw land development to certificate of occupancy. The scope covered full site preparation, utility coordination, and civil work; foundations and slab-on-grade; a concrete masonry and structural steel building; roofing and weatherproof exterior envelope; and a complete interior build-out including the secure pharmacy area and a drive-through lane.
